Otech Industry S.r.l. is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and to protect the personal data collected in compliance with the new “Code for the protection of personal data” (Legislative Decree no . 196/03).

Aims of treatment

Art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)

The individual to whom the personal data has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know the content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating , rectification or erasure as reported in the art. 7 Legislative Decree no. 196/03, reported under entirely for convenience by writing directly to the owner of the treatment.

The user has the right to obtain informations about:

  1. source of personal data;
  2. the purposes and methods of treatment;
  3. the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
  4. the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
  5. subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representative in the State, managers or charge.

The user has the right to obtain:

  1. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
